The border between landscape and suburb is a tenuous one. The human desire to hold nature at bay is at times heartbreaking and heroic, at other times comic and absurd. As much as my photographs document human trace and absence, I hope they also portray the isolation and mystery that I find in the contemporary American landscape. web site |
