Announcing a new project at the jen bekman that I'm super-excited about: Hey, Hot Shot.

Hey, Hot Shot is a competition with the goal of getting great online photos offline and onto the walls of a gallery. (Well, my gallery.) Submitting work is easy -we're only taking entries online: Almost every fine art photographer I know has a good website showcasing their work, and it's a well-documented fact that there are tons of great photos being posted to sites like Flickr and Fotolog. And yes, last but not least, the photobloggers: Bluejake, Lightningfield, rion.nu and of course, one Mr. Eliot Shepard of Slower fame - his solo show is opening at the gallery next Tuesday (3/22).
